Getting Started with AutoStructure

Follow this guide to set up your workspace and start managing your assets effectively.

1. Create Your Workspace

Your workspace is your organization's dedicated environment where you'll manage all your assets and work orders.

To create a workspace:

  1. Click on the "Create Workspace" button in the dashboard
  2. Enter your organization's name
  3. Choose a unique URL for your workspace
  4. Select your organization's industry (optional)
  5. Click "Create" to set up your workspace

2. Invite Your Team

Collaborate with your team by inviting them to your workspace. Assign roles to control access levels.

Available roles:

  • Owner: Full access and administrative control
  • Admin: Can manage most settings and invite users
  • Member: Can view and manage assets and work orders
  • Viewer: Read-only access to workspace data

3. Start Managing Assets

Begin by adding your assets and setting up your first work orders.

Quick start checklist:

  • Create your first asset category
  • Add detailed asset information including:
    • Purchase dates
    • Maintenance schedules
    • Location data
  • Set up maintenance schedules
  • Create your first work order
